Terms of Service for Cowbell Creative Limited
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services offered by Cowbell Creative Limited ("Cowbell") including the design, manufacture, and installation of signage. By using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Ordering Process
To place an order with Cowbell, you must provide accurate and complete information about the sign or signage services you require. This may include, but is not limited to, the type of sign, size, materials, and design specifications. Cowbell will provide you with a quote based on this information, which you must accept before the order is confirmed.
2. Payment
You must pay the agreed-upon price for our products and services in full before we begin work on your sign. We accept payment via bank transfer, debit, or credit card.
3. Design and Manufacture
Cowbell will provide a proof or mock-up of the design for your sign for your approval before production begins. Once you have approved the design, Cowbell will begin manufacturing your sign. You agree to pay for any changes to the design or materials requested after approval, as well as any costs associated with correcting errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Installation
Cowbell may provide installation services for your sign as part of our services. We will install the sign in the location agreed upon, and you agree to provide access to the installation site and any necessary permissions or permits required.
5. Warranties
Cowbell warrants that our products and services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, extreme weather, or vandalism.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cowbell will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products and services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
7. Intellectual Property
Cowbell retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property created by us in connection with the design, manufacture, and installation of your sign, including but not limited to any designs, drawings, or specifications. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this intellectual property without our express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
9. Changes to these Terms
Cowbell may update these Terms from time to time without notice. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on our website, and you agree to be bound by the current version.
